Who handles your information

Cohentia Ltd is the data controller for enquiries. For questions about your information, contact privacy@cohentia.com.

What the forms collect

The detailed enquiry requires an email address, role, industry, company size, location and a description of the decision. Name, organisation and the situation field are optional. The short-message form requires an email address and a message; role and organisation are optional.

A submission also records its time, form type and any decision path or example selected. Notes entered in the custom-situation journey pass into the enquiry form. Do not include confidential client records or sensitive personal information.

Why it is collected

The information is used to understand and respond to the enquiry and assess whether the Diagnostic would help. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, as set out in Cohentia’s Data Retention Policy. Enquiries are not used for automated decisions or marketing profiles.

Where it goes

Enquiries submitted through this website are collected using Netlify Forms and stored in Cohentia’s Netlify account, with email notification to info@cohentia.com. An email sent using the separate email link goes through your email service to Cohentia’s mailbox.

Netlify, which hosts this site and processes form submissions, may process information outside the UK under the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Where another provider processes information outside the UK, the contractual safeguards required under UK data protection law apply.

Retention

Website contact form submissions and business enquiries that do not become a client engagement are kept for 12 months from your last contact. Enquiries that become a client engagement are kept for 6 years after the engagement completes. These periods follow Cohentia’s Data Retention Policy, effective 11 September 2026. Records are securely deleted when the retention period ends.

Your information and your rights

For subject access, correction, erasure, restriction or objections to use of your information, email privacy@cohentia.com. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and tracking

The website code includes no advertising tags, analytics, external font requests or browser storage for enquiries. Netlify, which hosts this site and processes form submissions, may set cookies required to serve and protect the site.

Terms of use

The content explains Cohentia’s services and illustrates possible operational situations. It is not a finding about your organisation or a substitute for an agreed engagement. No engagement is formed merely by using the site or sending an enquiry.

Consulting outcomes depend on factors outside Cohentia’s control. No outcome is guaranteed without an explicit contractual commitment.

The site is designed for keyboard, touch and screen-reader use, with text descriptions alongside diagrams and support for reduced motion. Core information and the enquiry forms can be used without JavaScript.
